- Describe the Issue
- Clearly explain the problem in the description box.
- Include details like Order ID, Payment Transaction ID, and Screenshots (if applicable).
- Submit the Ticket
- Click on Submit and wait for a confirmation email with your ticket reference number.
- Track Your Ticket Status
- You can check updates on your ticket via the same support portal using your reference number.
