Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location.
  • Shipping Costs at Checkout: All charges will be clearly calculated and displayed before you confirm your purchase, ensuring you know the total cost upfront.
  • Free Shipping Offers: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our website. These may have conditions such as minimum order values or specific product categories.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders within India: We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery generally takes 2-7 business days depending on the location. Rural and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Express Delivery: For urgent deliveries, you can opt for an express shipping option (if available). This can shorten delivery times significantly.

Packaging & Handling
We use high-quality packing materials, including bubble wrap, styrofoam, and corrugated boxes, to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. Fragile items, such as jars or bottles, are double-packed for added protection. All food products are stored and packed in accordance with food safety standards.


Return and Refund Policy (India) ๐Ÿ›๏ธ 

At Mangalore Cart, we take pride in delivering premium products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not allowed once the shipment has been delivered.


Return Eligibility

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may initiate a return or refund request. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • A video of the package opening showing the damage or incorrect item is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items 

Once a shipment is delivered, food items and other perishable goods cannot be returned under any circumstances. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their order upon delivery.


Return Due To Shipping Partner Issues (RTO)

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • The customer is unreachable despite multiple (2-3) attempts by the delivery partner.
  • The customer does not respond to calls or refuses to accept the package.

In such cases, the shipping partner will mark the package as Return to Origin (RTO) after unsuccessful attempts to deliver.


RTO Process:

  1. Once marked as RTO, the shipment will take approximately 9-10 days to return to our warehouse.
  2. Upon receiving the package at the Mangalore Cart warehouse, we will:
    • Initiate a refund after deducting both forward and return shipping charges.
    • Refunds will be processed only if the product is received in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping Disclaimer โš ๏ธ

  • Delivery Delays: Once we hand over your package to the shipping carrier, any delays or damages incurred during transit are beyond our control. We partner with reputable carriers, but occasionally, delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review the situation and offer either a replacement or refund. Click here to notify us
  • Verification of Delivery: Customers are responsible for verifying the contents of the package at the time of delivery. If there are any discrepancies, it is the customerโ€™s responsibility to notify the delivery personnel and our customer service team.


Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers have the right to receive goods in a fit and proper condition. If there are any issues with the goods or delivery, customers are entitled to a resolution through refunds or replacements in accordance with the Act.
