Return to Origin (RTO) Policy:

Upon a shipment being marked as "Returned to Us (Seller)," the customer is required to wait for the RTO (Return To Origin) delivery, which may take up to 04-05 days. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will either dispatch a replacement package or initiate a refund, subject to the item's condition and our terms of service. This process will be conducted in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations governing e-commerce and consumer rights.
