For peripheral or rural locales, extended delivery timelines may apply due to limited accessibility or logistical constraints.
Expedited Delivery Options:
Where available, customers may avail themselves of an expedited delivery option by selecting express shipping at the time of checkout.

Return and Refund Policy
5. Eligibility for Return and Refund
Given the perishable nature of the majority of our offerings, Mangalore Cart does not entertain returns once the consignment is successfully delivered. However, exceptions may be entertained under the following limited circumstances:
Permissible Grounds for Return:
Receipt of an incorrect item that deviates from the order specifications.
Receipt of a damaged or defective product attributable to a lapse in handling during transit.
Conditions Precedent for Return:
The item must remain in an unused, untampered condition, with the original packaging intact.
A video recording documenting the unboxing of the package, highlighting the discrepancy or damage, must be submitted as evidentiary support.
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, failing which the claim shall be deemed forfeited.
6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Goods
Perishable and Consumable Items:
Given the inherent perishability of food items and related consumables, such goods are categorically excluded from return eligibility once delivered.
Customers are encouraged to exercise due diligence while inspecting their packages at the time of delivery to identify and report any anomalies.
7. Return to Origin (RTO) Protocol
A shipment may be classified as Return to Origin (RTO) under the following circumstances:
Provision of an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address by the customer.
Repeated failure to establish contact with the customer despite multiple delivery attempts.
Explicit refusal to accept the consignment without substantiated cause.
RTO Reversal Process:
Upon designation as RTO, the consignment is reverted to Mangalore Cartโs warehouse within 7-15 business days.
Refunds for RTO shipments shall be processed post-verification, with deductions applied for both forward and reverse logistics charges.
Refunds shall be initiated only upon confirmation that the returned goods are received in an undamaged and original condition.
8. Refund Policy and Processing
Refund Timeline:
Refunds, where applicable, shall be initiated within 5-7 business days from the date of acceptance of the return request or confirmation of RTO.
The timeline for actual credit to the customerโs account may vary depending on the processing cycles of the respective payment gateway or financial institution.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method utilized during the purchase transaction.
In cases involving COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds shall be remitted via NEFT/IMPS after obtaining the customerโs bank details.
Liability and Disclaimer Provisions
9. Limitation of Liability
Mangalore Cart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance or non-performance of its obligations under this policy.
Natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes.

10. Claims and Dispute Resolution
Filing of Claims:
Claims related to damaged or lost shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
