Cooking Directions:

1. Take 1 cup of Idiyappam/Semige Mix powder.

2. Add the required amount of normal water and salt to taste.

3. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth dough.

4. Press the dough using a sevanazhi (Idiyappam press).

5. Steam for 5-10 minutes until cooked.
