Cooking Directions:
Add 4 tablespoons of curd to 200 grams of Buns Mix. Knead gently to form a dough.
Do not add water or oil. Cover the bowl with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After resting, make large lemon-sized balls and roll them into ¼-inch thick rounds, approximately 4 inches in diameter.
Fry the rounds one by one in any edible oil. Lightly press with a slotted spoon to allow them to puff up.
