Ingredients: Black gram, Refined wheat flour (Maida), Makhana powder, Salt, Asafoetida, Edible oil, Sodium bicarbonate (INS 500ii), Citric acid (INS 330).

Cooking Directions:
Take the required quantity of mix and add water (4/5th volume of the mix).
Mix well into a lump-free dough and allow it to soak for 15 to 30 minutes.
Add black pepper, shredded coconut, and ginger if desired.
Shape the dough into flat round pieces and fry in oil.
For Dahi Vadas, soak the fried vadas in curd.
