Cooking Directions:
Boil 500 ml of water and add 50 g of Horsegram Saru Mix.
Stir well and cook for 7-8 minutes on low/medium flame.
Saute and splutter garlic and red chili in edible oil, preferably coconut oil, and add to the prepared Saru for enhanced flavor.
