How to Use
Add the buns mix to a mixing bowl and pour approximately 200 ml of curd to form a soft dough, adding little oil if required. Dust with buns mix and roll into small discs. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and gently slide the discs into hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides, remove, and drain excess oil. Serve hot with chutney or curry.
