Karanda pickle, also known as Karonda ka Achar, is a pickle made from the karanda fruit.  The sour taste of the fruit makes it difficult to eat raw, so it's often processed into pickles, jellies, and chutneys. Karonda pickle can be made in under 15 minutes and can be eaten for up to a week. It's rich in iron, vitamin C, and acts as a good antioxidant.
